Service Manager David Kaiser and IT Specialists Chris Horning and Damian Huising have joined the AtNetPlus Team with Account Managers Rochelle Schenk, and Susan Hudik.
AtNetPlus, Inc. a leader in predictable cost IT services, today announced that five new employees have joined the staff at their Stow offices. Damian Huising and Chris Horning are the latest additions to the technical team. Rochelle Schenk and Susan Hudik are now part of business development as Account Managers and David Kaiser has been brought on board to fill the newly created Service Manager position.
“Hiring David was the next logical step in our efforts to provide exceptional customer service. For more than a year, we have systematically implemented a variety of tools and programs to measure and improve the customer experience. The rapid growth we have undergone over the last few years has been amazing. We’ve learned a lot from it and recognize the need to continue to focus the entire team on outstanding customer service,” stated Partner Jim Laber.

Ellen Kurr, former Marketing Coordinator at AtNetPlus, was also recently promoted to Business Process/Communications Manager. In addition to continuing to lead the marketing and communications efforts of the company, she will oversee the development, documentation, and implementation of company-wide processes and procedures.
