AtNetPlus has acquired CAC Technology

AtNetPlus, Inc. has acquired CAC Technology, a Summit-county-based technology solutions provider. The acquisition will help AtNetPlus meet increasing demand for its services, and supports the expansion of its service area throughout Summit County and northeast Ohio. “We are excited to have the opportunity to serve CAC Technology clients. Up to this point, we’ve had steady, metered growth through the addition of new staff members and new services,” stated Jim Laber, Principal. “Through the acquisition of CAC Technology, we’ve taken a bigger step and added additional experience, partnerships and customers. With continued support from our clients, we plan to continue to grow, adding more capabilities and increasing the level of customer service to an even higher level. In addition, the move into our new office/data center facilities in Stow, in early 2008, will allow us to further increase the quality of service to our customers.”

In addition to computer hardware and software sales, CAC Technology provides related hardware, software and computer networking support, technology consulting, and web services. Scott Bockbrader, formal principal of CAC Technology, accepted the AtNetPlus acquisition offer because he felt that AtNetPlus was best positioned to expand the high quality customer service on which CAC Technology clients had become dependent. “The talent, resources and exceptional service offered by AtNetPlus made this a logical move for me and my company,” said Bockbrader.

AtNetPlus, Inc. is a leading provider of information technology services for small and medium- sized businesses. Services include complete network management/monitoring, network design/install, hardware/software sales, custom software/web development, help desk services, security audits, video conferencing, web/email hosting, and online data backup. Located at 2321 Second Street, Suite 105, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221, AtNetPlus, Inc. helps companies utilize technology to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and maximize profits.
