IT Specialist Jared Wesley joins the AtNetPlus Team

AtNetPlus, Inc. today announced that IT Specialist Jared Wesley joined the staff at their Stow offices. Wesley brings 14 years of IT experience and extensive customer service skills to the position.

Wesley’s focus on customer service fits well with the service initiatives implemented by AtNetPlus. Partner, Jim Laber said, “We have always been keenly aware that IT is a relationship based business. Since the company began we have emphasized strengthening the connection between AtNetPlus and our clients. The better we understand their needs and expectations the better we can help them use technology to achieve their goals.”

Laber continued, “We have several internal customer service programs that help us stay focused on this aspect of our business. We have implemented Service Standards as a continuous reminder to everyone in the organization that the customer always comes first. In addition, we have been holding periodic meetings with our Customer Advisory Team. The team consists of clients willing to share their thoughts and experiences with us. Their input is invaluable to our efforts.”
