Service Desk Manager

Becca has been with the company since 2019. She was hired in as the Service Coordinator and has since been promoted to Service Desk Manager. Prior to working at AtNetPlus, She worked summers with the Akron RubberDucks, serving in several capacities and then spent several years working at Summa Health in the IT department and a Medical Office. She enjoys working with AtNetPlus because of the emphasis the company puts on an outstanding customer experience.

When she’s not working, you can find her fixing up her new home, reading, binging the newest show on Netflix or playing with her adorable dog, Phoenix.
