Like many businesses around the world, we’re continuing to adapt to the rapidly changing circumstances in the wake of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). We understand how critical it is for your business to remain productive and operational during this time.

Remote working capabilities rely heavily on the proper technology. As our clients’ strategic partner, many are looking to us right now to guide them through this situation. We are experiencing around 3x the amount of calls due to the current situation, so we are asking for your patience while we prioritize these requests as quickly as possible. We have also decided to commit our employees to extended hours to make every effort to ensure that you can operate without disruption.

In order to offer our staff flexibility and peace of mind during this time, we have a percentage of employees who are also working remotely. With our preparations and available technology, we are confident that we can continue to provide the same level of excellent customer service that you are accustomed to. We have top-notch collaboration and communication tools at the ready to virtualize face-to-face interactions wherever possible.

For the protection of both our staff and yours, please be mindful of onsite visits during this time. We will be limiting deployments of technicians to those with critical needs and emergencies. We do have the ability to address most issues remotely and will consider the need for onsite service when appropriate. While onsite, our staff will be following best practices and CDC recommendations around social distancing and cleanliness.

We would also like to encourage awareness that cybercriminals are prepared to exploit the weaknesses and security gaps that often arise during stressful events. Unprepared users and unsecured systems can quickly become conduits for malware and malicious activity. Since time is of the essence, security must be at the forefront of every remote working strategy. We are certainly happy to answer any questions you may have on this. We also have available specific vCISO (virtual Chief Information Officer) solutions that focus solely on security as it pertains to technology.

As the situation continues to evolve, we will be doing our part in keeping our clients updated. We’re monitoring developments and will continue to lead the way for our employees, clients, and community.

Though there is a lot of uncertainty, we are both optimistic and motivated to remain unified. Whether from our office or our homes, we’re still a click or call away! We are proud to be so integrated in our partners’ businesses – we are all in this together!

Sincerely,
The AtNetPlus Staff
