A fast-growing Northeast Ohio IT Managed Service Provider is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to become an expert in the sales of IT Security services (an incredibly important and fast-growing component to IT for SMBs and municipal clients).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to generate new leads via extensive networking, relationship building, referrals, cold calling, emails and social networking.
  • Schedule and attend all potential new client meetings.
  • Work closely with potential new client to identify issues and concerns to ensure we craft a cost-effective solution for them.
  • Create and present proposals for IT Managed Security Services.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly, recurring sales revenue quotas. Sales quota for this role is the setting and attending two (2) new appointments per week equaling eight (8) new appointment per month and closing two (2) new IT Managed Security Service Contracts per month.
  • Attend all required AtNetPlus meetings, and industry training and sales functions.
  • Meet weekly with Director of Business Development to review sales pipeline and quarterly quota status updates.

  • Base salary during the first 6 months in order to build a pipeline of prospects.
  • After initial 6 months of training and ramp up, base salary adjustment and the commission structure goes into effect

A Support Desk Analyst should have comprehensive knowledge of desktop operating systems, remote access technology, and virus cleanup. Troubleshooting Windows, Active Directory, and group policy modifications are a routine part of the job. The ability to effectively communicate with customers that have varying degrees of technical knowledge is critical in this role.

If you have 5+ years of experience building/supporting Windows/networking environments, along with a passion for solving a variety of technical challenges and exceeding customer expectations, this position may be a great fit for you. At AtNetPlus, a Senior Systems Engineer must be adaptable and able to assist other technicians whenever needed and work closely together with coworkers to provide customers with superior service. You must also enjoy working directly with clients that have varying degrees of technical ability and your technical peers. Patience and the ability to simplify complex issues for customers are essential traits to succeed in this position. In this role, you would be responsible for project-related and ticket-related duties.

Your experience must include a strong understanding of Windows, virtualization and networking. Windows Server 2012 / 2016, MS Small Business Server, Exchange 2013 / 2016 and Active Directory, along with a solid understanding of networking infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc.) are essential. A proven ability in designing, installing and supporting small and medium-sized Microsoft Windows (physical and virtual) environments is necessary to succeed in this position. Solid Hyper-V and/or VMware experience is necessary. Strong procedural and documentation skills are also essential.

  • At least one of the following technical certifications are required: MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA, CCNP, ECS, VCP or other IT certifications
