We are currently seeking a full-time Service Desk Analyst in our Stow, Ohio office.
Bring your expertise to a highly collaborative, creative, and innovative team with a leading managed IT and cybersecurity technology product suite. We are seeking an accomplished and ambitious business development executive (BDE) to join our team to help drive new client acquisition and our broader go-to-market strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a Business Development Executive, you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer, working directly to meet AtNetPlus business development growth goals;
- You will research prospects and identify targets for AtNetPlus Solutions and Services, forging relationships with key individuals at all levels of the organization;
- You will prepare sales proposals that speak in appropriate manners to all key influencers and decision-makers within the organization, enabling you to close business on behalf of AtNetPlus;
- You will work to establish a sales pipeline, reporting weekly on agreed performance objectives and key performance indicators, i.e., sales meetings and calls, pipeline creation, win-loss ratio, etc.
- Sell AtNetPlus solutions to new prospects, acquire new business logos through a mix of in-person and Teams meetings;
- Maintain industry relationships through partnerships (Consulting Firms, Business Groups) or other networking venues;
- Create proposals, negotiate, and close contracts;
- Effectively leverage internal AtNetPlus supporting resources in the sales process with the spirit of collaboration, teamwork and cooperation;
- Work closely with implementation and support teams to ensure client satisfaction;
- Create and maintain a sales funnel, including weekly forecasting reports.
Service Desk Analyst | Hybrid – Stow, OH

We are currently seeking a full-time Service Desk Analyst in our Stow, Ohio office.
The Service Desk Analyst is the first line of support for our customers. This position responds to customer inquiries and handles customer issues and will be responsible for escalating issues as needed for resolution and/or follow-up.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with clients in a way that is professional and aligns with our Values.
- Resolve customer issues and identify and escalate priority issues when needed.
- Answer incoming technical phone calls, create tickets, and route the caller to the appropriate person, if needed.
- Communicates proactively and works cooperatively with the Service Coordinator.
- Goes onsite when needed to resolve a customer issue.
- Complies with the Client Solutions’ Expectation Summary.
- Assist the Account Management Team when needed.
- Gather/document relevant technical information for the Escalation Team as needed.
