We work with your leadership team and key stakeholders to understand your business objectives, technology challenges, critical applications, compliance requirements, and operational priorities. During onboarding, our engineers securely inventory your technology environment, review servers, workstations, Microsoft 365, networking equipment, cloud services, backup systems, cybersecurity controls, and third-party applications. We also document configurations, identify opportunities for improvement, and establish monitoring and management tools where appropriate.
Communication is an important part of the process. We introduce your team to our service desk, explain how to request support, define escalation procedures, and establish expectations for response times and ongoing communication. If your organization has an internal IT department, we also define roles and responsibilities so everyone understands how we will work together through our Co-Managed IT Services.
