A Support Desk Analyst will work with desktop operating systems, remote access technology, and virus cleanups on the regular. Troubleshooting Windows, Active Directory, and group policy modifications are a routine part of the job duties for this role. The ability to effectively communicate with customers that have varying degrees of technical knowledge is critical and something we pride ourselves on as a company.

A Senior Systems Engineer with AtNetPlus must be adaptable and willing to be an escalation point for other technicians on our team to provide superior customer service to our clients. You must enjoy working with users of varying levels of technical ability and display patience as you simplify complex issues for clients and your peers. Responsibilities include both client project work and ticket escalations.

Your previous experience must support a strong understanding of Windows and networking. Specifically, Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 and Active Directory along with a solid understanding of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc.) Proven ability in designing, installing, and supporting small and medium-sized Microsoft Windows (physical and virtual) environments is necessary to succeed in this position. Solid VMware (or Hyper-V) experience is required. Strong procedural and documentation skills are also essential.

Previous experience at a Managed Service Provider is advantageous.
