Someone in this role will focus primarily on the Account Management functions of our Managed Service clients with the goals of high client satisfaction, retention, profitability, and introducing new relevant projects and services. Client Account Managers are also responsible for quoting and selling technology-related products and services to both existing and prospective clients.

Key Roles and Skills:

  • Maintain a minimum of a 95% Managed Service contract renewal ratio.
  • Have exceptional relationship skills including proactive, regular communication with your clients, consistency, and ability to show the value of Quarterly Business Review Meetings.
  • Sales experience and ability to look for opportunities within existing client environments that will help solve business needs.
  • Detail-oriented communication including within documentation and sales proposals.
  • Basic level of technical knowledge is highly preferred.
  • A high-level understanding of Microsoft offerings and capabilities is beneficial.
  • Needs to be strategic, organized, and willing to contribute to the Business Analyst role.


  • Minimum of 1 year of Technical experience or general understanding of Tier 1 technical skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as on-site visits are required. (when safe to do so)

A Support Desk Analyst should have comprehensive knowledge of desktop operating systems, remote access technology, and virus cleanup. Troubleshooting Windows, Active Directory, and group policy modifications are a routine part of the job. The ability to effectively communicate with customers that have varying degrees of technical knowledge is critical in this role.

AtNetPlus is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for list scrubbing/qualifying and B2B appointment setting through email campaigns, LinkedIn direct InMail campaigns, and cold calling from targeted phone lists with the goal of setting a specific number of appointments per month.

The appointments will be set for the Director of Business Development or a designated Account Manager to attend. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic team player with exceptional communication skills who can understand different buying personas, ask “pain exposing” questions, and communicate the value of AtNetPlus.

  • Responsible for detailed lead list scrubbing and qualifying
  • Reach out to leads via email, social media, and via phone to set an introductory appointment for the Director of Business Development.
  • The expected activity level for this position is 10 direct reaches daily or 50 weekly with a goal of netting a minimum of 1-2 appointments per week
  • Navigate through a conversation to uncover business needs, understand pain points, and position AtNetPlus as a compelling solution
  • Participate in local chambers or networking events
  • Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the prospecting CRM system
  • Convey activity summaries to the Director of Business Development during regularly scheduled check in meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned *

The Renewals Coordinator serves as the primary resource for all client licensing and warranty renewal quoting for hardware (computers, servers, etc.) and software. Multitasking and organizational skills are a must for managing spreadsheets and systems to ensure renewal dates are not missed.

This is an hourly-paid role.


  • Work experience in sales support is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure of deadlines.

  • Review internal databases, vendor portals, and emails regularly to track licensing and warranty expiration dates for a variety of products.
  • Regular communication with appropriate vendors to provide accurate renewal quotes to clients.
  • Creating all licensing and warranty renewal quotes that are provided to the client with an average “buffer” of 90 days prior to expiration.
  • Regular follow-up with the client until renewal quotes are approved or denied.
  • Communication with Client Account Managers to keep updated on outstanding renewal quotes or relevant client feedback.
  • Enter necessary details into our database for new products.
